I was at Sun Oaks, watching a woman's pro tennis tournament. Wildcard was pouring beer, and I was hungry. I noticed a foot truck parked by the gate and figured, "What the hell? Might as well give 'em a try, even though I've not had my socks knocked off by the local food trucks.
The tacos were hella. I think the tournament is going to have a different food truck every night, but if I'm the tournament director I'm asking Roadrunner Grill if they want the rest of the week. If the answer is yes, I'm calling the other food trucks and telling them their services are no longer needed, and they need to up their games if they want in next year.
ALSO, DUDES OF REDDING!!! There are incredibly gorgeous lady tennis players who are phenomenal athletes doing their thing all week at Sun Oaks, and It's free to watch. Good beer and grub on sale. What the hell is wrong with you people? Come out and watch. -

Went to the food truck gathering at Anderson river park and I was the only one in our group to choose Roadrunner. I was going to order the 3 tacos for $10, I went to the window and asked what's on the tacos. Obviously the owner, tells me meat, pico, and feta. I'm thinking maybe I'll just get one to try it first, so I change my order to just one taco. He tells me I will like it and I'll be back. So I get the three for $10. I'm glad I did! They were good tacos, very fresh and made to order, not some meat sitting around in a warmer. The rest of my group didn't have as good of luck at a different truck.

The Roadrunner Grill team just completed a huge job of feeding a crew of demanding hungry and tired folks for a week. And, they did it in the middle of nowhere at times while ducking diving and swinging with the punches of a schedule in constant flux. The food was always delicious and served with a smile. I can't speak highly enough of my whole experience around this food truck! If you get the opportunity to eat here you gotta jump on it!
